Shipping:

Single prints

Wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and brown paper, and packaged in double-walled cardboard tube. Unless packaging is damp oe damaged, it is recommended to keep your print in the tube until framing as repeated rolling/unrolling risks damage to the print.

Multiple prints

Wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and brown paper, and packaged in double-walled flat cardboard, with extra strips at edges to reduce risk of bending. Prints are taped to the inner of one side of the cardboard to avoid slippage in transit. Please take extra care when opening.

All print packaging options are TOO LARGE to fit in standard mail boxes. Please ensure that you have an appropriate secure WEATHERPROOF area to leave deliveries. To reduce plastic waste, print packaging is cardboard only and if affected by damp will likely cause damage to the print.

Dispatch

For pre-stocked items (excludes Custom Order prints) we aim to ship your order within 3 days of purchase.

Custom Order prints are printed on demand weekly and we aim to ship within 2 weeks of purchase.

UK orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class, Tracked 24 or Parcelforce 24, these normally take 1-2 days. Orders can take up to 15 working days to be delivered through Royal Mail, but should usually arrive in 1-5 working days.

International orders are usually shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked Business service, or for larger prints, by FedEx or another courier (depending on destination country), and should usually arrive 7-9 working days from dispatch date but on occasion can take up to 30 working days. If you have not received your order by the times stated please let us know as soon as possible, we will be unable to help you if more than 3 months have passed from the date of dispatch. 

We are not always able to track your order at every stage of delivery but we can try and track your order should you encounter any delays. If you still have not received your order after the normal 15 working days (for UK orders) or 30 working days (for international orders) delivery period has expired, you can contact us and we will respond promptly to check on your order status. 

Occasionally there are exceptions to these delivery profiles, due to circumstances beyond our control. We will aim to inform customers of any changes to the expected delivery times but are unable to guarantee delivery times owing to the unpredictable nature of global postal/delivery services.

Returns:

We will accept returns if they are returned within 30 days of delivery and in mint condition. Cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer and refunds will be processed upon receipt of the item in its original packaging and in perfect condition, minus shipping costs. If you need to return an item for whatever reason, please contact us first. It is advisable to use a tracked delivery service to ensure the return is within 30 days.

EU customers have the right to cancel an order up to 14 days after delivery. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount (excluding damaged/incorrect items which are eligible for free returns).

How to request a cancellation or return:
For customers with an account it's best to request returns/cancellations through your Shop account; if you checked out as a guest, please use the form provided. Both can be found here.

Damaged Items:

If an item arrives damaged or you have been sent the wrong item, you will be entitled to a full refund, or a replacement.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges/replacements other than in the case of damaged or incorrect orders.

Import duties:

Please be aware that there may be import duties to pay in your country. Where possible we aim to ship all items Duties Pre-Paid. This may incur a surcharge to your order for some countries.
