By purchasing from this site you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.


All images are exclusive copyright of artist Lucy Campbell. Any use of images for purposes such as tattoos, illustrations, social media posts etc must be agreed in writing with the artist Lucy Campbell and may incur a charge. Enquire about image licensing here.


Prints are shipped flat between 2 sheets of double wall cardboard, protected when necessary by additional strips of cardboard at the edges. This is to ensure that your print arrives in pristine condition and so that you don’t have to deal with a curly print! Please take care when opening the packages; we will not be responsible for damage incurred when opening the package.

We aim to ship your order within 3 days of purchase, UK are usually shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class, Tracked 24 or Parcelforce 24, these normally take 1-2 days. Orders can take up to 15 working days to be delivered through Royal Mail, but should usually arrive in 1-5 working days.

International orders are usually shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked Business service, or for larger prints, by FedEx or another courier (depending on destination country), and should usually arrive 7-9 working days from dispatch date but on occasion can take up to 30 working days. If you have not received your order by the times stated please let us know as soon as possible, we will be unable to help you if more than 3 months have passed from the date of dispatch. 

We are not always able to track your order at every stage of delivery but we can try and track your order should you encounter any delays. If you still have not received your order after the normal 15 day (for UK orders) or 30 day (for international orders) delivery period has expired, you can contact us and we will aim to respond promptly to check on your order status. 

Occasionally there are exceptions to these delivery profiles, due to circumstances beyond our control. We will aim to inform customers of any changes to the expected delivery times but are unable to guarantee delivery times owning to the unpredictable nature of global postal/delivery services.


We will accept returns if they are returned within 30 days of delivery and in mint condition. Cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer and refunds will be processed upon receipt of the item in its original packaging and in perfect condition, minus shipping costs. If you need to return an item for whatever reason, please contact us first. It is advisable to use a tracked delivery service to ensure the return is within 30 days.

If an item arrives damaged or you have been sent the wrong item, you will be entitled to a full refund, or a replacement.

In the case of an incorrect order, if you are in the UK, we will provide a return label.


We do not offer exchanges/replacements other than in the case of damaged or incorrect orders.

Import duties:

Please be aware that there may be import duties to pay in your country. These are the responsibility of the importer/customer. If you are in the EU and your order is less than $150, we recommend you purchase small/medium prints/calendars through Lucy’s Etsy shop (link in the footer), as Etsy processes the import taxes at the point of sale (IOSS) and your order will progress through customs more smoothly; if there are items on this site that are unavailable on the Etsy shop, please contact Lucy to discuss a custom order.
