Refund policy
Returns:
We will accept returns if they are returned within 30 days of delivery and in their original condition. Cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer and refunds will be processed upon receipt of the item in its original packaging and in perfect condition, minus shipping costs. If you need to return an item for whatever reason, please contact us first. It is advisable to use a tracked delivery service to ensure the return is within 30 days.
Shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount (excluding damaged/incorrect items which are eligible for free returns).
Cancellation/withdrawal:
Customers have the right to cancel an order BEFORE it’s dispatched for a full refund. If we have already dispatched your order and you wish to cancel, it will be treated as a return (see above) and your refund will be minus return shipping costs.

Damaged Items:
If an item arrives damaged or you have been sent the wrong item, you will be entitled to a full refund, or a replacement.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges/replacements other than in the case of damaged or incorrect orders
